Welcome to Acting Academy! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms in full.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Enrollment and Participation

Eligibility

To enroll in our programs, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
  • Complete the application process
  • Agree to these terms

Attendance Policy

Regular Attendance

Students must attend at least 80% of classes to complete the program.

Punctuality

Late arrivals may be excluded from participation at the instructor's discretion.

Absences

More than 3 unexcused absences may result in dismissal from the program.

Payments and Refunds

Tuition Fees

Full payment is due before the program start date unless a payment plan has been approved.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the program start date, minus a $100 processing fee.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel programs with full refunds if minimum enrollment is not met.

Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain professional behavior:

Respect for instructors and peers
Preparedness for classes
No harassment or discrimination
No recording without permission

Violations may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

Media Release

By participating in our programs, you grant us the right to:

  • Photograph or record sessions for educational purposes
  • Use your likeness in promotional materials
  • Share your work in our showcases

You may opt out of promotional use by submitting a written request.

Liability Waiver

Physical Activities

Participation in movement classes and performances involves physical activity. You agree to assume all risks and release Acting Academy from liability for any injuries.

Intellectual Property

Course Materials

All curriculum and teaching materials are proprietary and may not be reproduced without permission.

Student Work

You retain rights to your creative work, but grant us a license to use it for educational purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
